Important Actions.
A Keep the Customers to any price.
It requires much more works and costs to
receive new Customers.
Do not fight with Customers about small matters.
It will rice the aumount of complaints.
Correcting those can be very costly. If the
result may be that its end with an customer
mood of anger. The risk are that this
customer will not be in the future your
customer.
The most sensible reaction is co correct
as soon as possible a complaint.
Keep the customers in a happy mode.
B Avoid Perssonell Reductions.
Perssonell Shortage hurts the Company.
Shortage hurts the basic functions of the
Firm. Development of the Company's basic
functions.
Perssonell Shortage hurts Customers.
The Company loose the good reputation.
Whithouth good reputation it is really
difficult to sell anything.
C Do not fight with Staff
It hurts both Product developement and
development of services. Grudge with
staff of small things of 100 € can bring
future Costs of 100000 €.
D Develope Products and Services.
The most stupid action is stopping product
development and sacking the product development
staff. It is a suicide.
Carying out product development at subcontractors
put the company at the mercy of the subcontractors.
It is a suicide too. Subcontractors are not
intersted of the Company's success.
To be economical is important, but it must be made
a carefull evalution about where and why.
